RESULTS OF THE NEW BOARD OF DIRECTORS ELECTION

The Extraordinary General Assembly of the Bank was successfully held on Sunday, October 19, 2025, during which the Bank’s members were called to elect the new Board of Directors of the Cooperative.

The election results are as follows:

Blank: 754
