Full-Time Job Opening: Officer, Organization & Operation Support Division

  • Participation in the planning and implementation of the Bank’s strategic projects, alternative channel applications, operational systems, and the development/upgrading of products and services.

  • Management, support, and development of Issuing & Acquiring services, including pricing (interchange, merchant fees, commissions, and costing models).
  • Monitoring, development, and implementation of modern payment products and services.
  • Management, support, and development of Digital Banking and Alternative Channel services.

  • Preparation of functional and technical specifications for payment projects, and collaboration with IT departments and external partners for the implementation of new functionalities.

  • Preparation and updating of Regulations, Procedures, Manuals, and workflows, in accordance with best practices and regulatory requirements.

  • University degree

  • At least 7 years of experience in the banking sector.

  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).

  • Excellent computer skills.

  • Very good knowledge of alternative channels and digital banking systems and procedures.

  • Understanding of the regulatory framework principles governing banking operations.

  • Strong analytical thinking, organizational, problem-solving, and crisis management skills.

  • Ability to work exclusively at the Bank’s headquarters in Chania, Crete.
