We actively participate in cultural events in Crete, supporting associations and actions that aim to promote culture.
We sponsor archaeological societies, cultural, folklore and literary associations and local theater companies.
We preserve a demarcated archaeological site, discovered in 2002 and integrated into the Administration Building and Central Branch.
We maintain a historical archive of the Bank, which today includes a large volume of archive material, including photographs, videos, documents and memorabilia. A large part of the archive is in the process of being digitized.
Finally, the Bank owns a library with general interest, financial, banking, historical and literature books. The library serves the needs of the Bank’s departments and operates as a lending library for our staff members.
