  • Up to €2.000 worth of purchases daily

  • Free of charge and unlimited deactivation/reactivation of the contactless use of the card through the Bank’s ATMs

  • Free of charge report with the transaction carried out with your credit card

Required Documents

In order to open an account at the Cooperative Bank of Chania, you will need the following documents:

  • ID or Passport

  • Recent income tax statement

  • A bill from a Public Utility Organization or any other document certifying your address

  • Certificate of employment in case you are employed

  • A current phone bill confirming your phone number

By deactivating contactless use, purchases through the POS are made only by inserting the card into the terminal slot and typing in the personal PIN.
